Remote Support SERVICE CONTRACTS now available
Our contracts are ideal for small, medium and large sized businesses
R275 per month
*12 month contract*
Includes:
- Windows Server Updates (2 times per week)
- Anti-virus updates of Server (2 times per week)
- Ensuring that your backups on Server are running (2 times per week)
If you sign a Remote Support Service Contract, iConnection will provide you with a VPN server for only
R3 000 excl VAT. This includes:
- Hardware
- Software configuration
- Client configuration
Our pricing on Remote Support for the Service Contract is:
R65 excl VAT for the first hour or part thereof, and R125 excl VAT for each hour thereafter.
Remote Support AD HOC OPTION now available
If the Remote Support Service Contract is not for you, we can provide you with a Remote Support Ad hoc Option. In this case, we can provide you with a VPN server for R8 000 excl. VAT. This includes:
- Hardware
- Installation of your VPN server
- Client Configuration
Our pricing on Remote Support for the Ad Hoc option is:
R85 excl VAT for the first hour or part thereof, and R125 excl VAT for each hour thereafter.
