On-Site Backups
- Our technicians come out to your office and determine whether you have enough hard drive space as well as memory on your machine to handle the On-site backups
- We load the software and ensure that everything is working correctly
- We carefully monitor your backups (remotely) : Minimum 3 times per week
Remote Monitor of data:
If you only have one computer or one server that needs to be monitored, you do not need a VPN connection. But please note that you (and us) are completely restricted to only that one machine and the monitoring thereof.
For the On-site Backups as described above, this service will cost you only a once-off fee of R750 including VAT and a monthly fee of R169 per month.
Getting a VPN Connection for the remote monitor of your data:
- We can monitor your data and give you remote support across your whole network
If you do not currently have a VPN connection, we can supply you with the hardware, software, installation and configuration for only R3 500 including VAT.
The monthly fee for the monitoring of your data will be R275 per month
Off-site Backups
Secure backup data solution which guarantees that you always have a copy of your data offsite.
Up to 10GB - R99 per month
- You will have on-site as well as off-site backups
- You need to have an ADSL connection
Up to 50GB - R320 per month
- You will have on-site as well as off-site backups
- You need to have an ADSL connection
Up to 100GB – R2 150 per month
- Solution includes a Technician that will come to your office once per week.
- 2 Portable 250GB Hard drives
- **Only available on 12 month contract
Up to 150 GB – R2 899 per month
- Solution includes a Technician that will come to your office once per week.
- 2 Portable 250GB Hard drives
- **Only available on 12 month contract
