Out-of-bundle data usage:
  • Once you have used up your bundle, the out-of-bundle tariff of R0.39/MB will apply
  • Data usage will be summarized per session in bytes, and billed in 10 kb increments
  • A minimum charge of R0.02 will be charged for the session (opening connection)
  • Out-of-bundle data usage is charged at the same rate during both peak and off-peak periods


In-bundle data usage
  • You will receive your data bundle which will not be charged but measured in 10kb increments
  • If a session was opened, but no data was transferred for the 24 hour perios, and amount of bytes equal to R0.02 will be depleted from the bundle per day rounded to the nearest 10kb
  • Data usage is measured at the same applicable rate during peak and off-peak periods.
  • The inclusive in and out of bundle tariffs only apply to local traffic
  • International roaming is excluded

Will there be a rollover of my unused monthly data?
No, unfortunately the data allocation resets each month, so any unused data from the previous month will not rollover. On the 1st of each month, your account will be replenished with 2GB again.

What do I do if I lose my SIM?
  • Purchase a new starter pack
  • Dial 084 140 and have the following ready:
    • Your ID number
    • Latest recharge information
    • New SIM card serial number
  • Wait 24 hours before inserting your new SIM card into your USB speed stick.

What do I do if I lose my USB Modem and SIM or if I'm a victim of theft?
Call 084 140 to temporarily deactivate your SIM card. If you would like to blacklist your modem:
  • Report the theft and obtain a case number
  • Fill in a blacklisting form and fax it to 084 14329
Safety instructions

Please remember the following points of safety:
  • keep your PIN and PUK in a safe place
  • don't reveal your PIN number to anyone
  • don't remove your SIM card from your USB speed stick
  • don't allow your SIM card to become wet or exposed to the elements of harmful substances
  • keep your IMEI number in a safe place (IMEI is the USB speed stick identification number)
