| Where can I buy the vouchers? |
- Online with your credit card directly from the iBurst website
- Various retailers such as Pick ‘n Pay – Ukash vouchers

| Is there a warranty on modem? |
| Standard one year out of the box warranty; you should however retain the proof of purchase for warranty swaps |

| How long can my vouchers carry over to the next months? |
| Vouchers can be carried over for a period of 12 months. |
| What happens if I do not buy vouchers for 12 months? |
| You can be inactive on the network for 12 months, and will be deactivated on the 13th month if no bandwidth is purchased. |
| I want a Prepaid Starter pack, what now? |
- Let us check your coverage. Call us on 012 663 2082 or send an email to linda@sacc.co.za (please remember to include your street name, number and suburb in the email) – We will advise on your coverage and the speed that you can expect
- Send us the following via email (linda@sacc.co.za) or fax (012 663 2082)
- Just a sentence or two indicating you would like to order the Prepaid Starter Pack for R999
- Copy of your ID
- Document with your physical address: Electricity account OR Bank statement OR Phone Account OR Lease Agreement
- We will send you an invoice to the amount of R999 which you need to pay into SA Consultants Consortium’s bank account (iConnection is a division of SA Consultants Consortium)
- We will let you know when your Prepaid Starter pack is ready and:
- You can collect at our office – 211 Leonie Street, Doringkloof, Centurion or
- We can deliver at an additional charge
