1.  You create your ticket by sending
      an email to       helpdesk@iconnection.co.za
2.  Incoming tickets are saved
     and assigned to our consultants
3.  Our consultants resolve your       issues - quickly!

  3. You will be able to monitor your request from you logged it, to keeping track of the progress on your query, right through to finalization – you will know exactly what is going on at all times
How to use the helpdesk:
  1. Mail your fault or query to helpdesk@iconnection.co.za
  2. Simply open your browser (Internet Explorer, etc.) and go to http://helpdesk.iconnection.co.za
  3. Click on “Open a New Ticket” then complete the short ticket application form
Besides logging faults, errors and queries, what else can you use the helpdesk for?
  • order stock like toners, cartridges, printers, mice, keyboards, headphones and flash drives
  • obtain quotes for home, office and network based computer server equipment
  • Obtain quotes for hardware & software
I have logged a fault, and the consultants can repair / fix my problem telephonically or with Remote Support - How will I be charged for telephone & Remote Support?
  • Any email configuration or ADSL account setup are completely free with no charge
  • Any support related query like operating systems and applications or station-laptop and server based support are chargeable
  • R85 excl. for the first hour and R125 excl. per hour thereafter
