| How to use the helpdesk: |
- Mail your fault or query to helpdesk@iconnection.co.za
- Simply open your browser (Internet Explorer, etc.) and go to http://helpdesk.iconnection.co.za
- Click on “Open a New Ticket” then complete the short ticket application form

| Besides logging faults, errors and queries, what else can you use the helpdesk for? |
- order stock like toners, cartridges, printers, mice, keyboards, headphones and flash drives
- obtain quotes for home, office and network based computer server equipment
- Obtain quotes for hardware & software

| I have logged a fault, and the consultants can repair / fix my problem telephonically or with Remote Support - How will I be charged for telephone & Remote Support?

- Any email configuration or ADSL account setup are completely free with no charge
- Any support related query like operating systems and applications or station-laptop and server based support are chargeable
- R85 excl. for the first hour and R125 excl. per hour thereafter
